
About Taylor
With a Bachelor's of Science in Dance Management from Oklahoma City University and a Masters of Science in Fitness Management from the University of South Wales, Taylor began her fitness career during her undergraduate studies teaching Aqua Aerobics at the North Side YMCA in Oklahoma City. From there, her interests grew, and so did her passion to help others reach their fitness goals and change lives. She has experience teaching a variety of fitness classes, including barre, HIIT, yoga, pilates mat and more! She has a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Ballet Barre & Pilates Matwork certifications through Sara's City Workout, Indoor Cycling Instructor certified through the Fitness Course Company and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist with the American Council on Exercise (Level 3 Personal Trainer REPS equivalent).
In 2020, Taylor Made was created to be your local fitness fix by offering affordable, in-person and virtual personal training to achieve your goals easier than ever! Offering fitness training to those that need it most at an affordable price. Now based in South Wales, Taylor aims to bring her individual focus and care to each of her clients, whether they are in-person or online!
